This December, we spent over two weeks in Illinois installing turf, rubber flooring and a series of MoveStrong functional training pieces for Sterling Park District at their Westwood Fitness & Sports Center. Westwood is over 12,000 square feet of cardio, strength and other specialty training for wellness and sports of all kinds.
